- "Project" refers to a specific 3D visualization assignment.
2. Service Agreement
All services are governed by a separate Service Agreement that outlines:
- Project scope and specifications
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Revision policy
- Intellectual property rights
The Service Agreement supersedes these Terms for specific projects.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate project requirements
- Supply all necessary reference materials
- Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
- A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work
- Final payment is due before delivery of final assets
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
5. Revisions and Changes
Our standard pricing includes:
- 2 initial concepts
- 3 rounds of revisions
Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Clients receive:
- Exclusive rights to use the final Deliverables for the specified project
- Nexus3D retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
- Source files remain the property of Nexus3D unless specifically purchased
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:
- Projects may be canceled with written notice
- Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed
8. Limitation of Liability
Nexus3D shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Issues arising from inaccurate Client-provided information
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Project.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use our content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Disrupt or interfere with site security
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
